When can I arrive? Weekend delegates can arrive from 2pm on Thursday 21st August, our first meeting will take place on the morning of Friday 22nd August.

Day Ticket Prices

We’d love it if you could make the whole weekend - not only do you get more out of it, but it’s better value-for-money!

But if you can't make it, why not come as a Day Visitor? Please note day tickets are only available for Saturday and Sunday - if you want to be a day visitor for the whole weekend, including Friday and Monday, please purchase a whole weekend ticket!

We recommend that you book Day Tickets online prior to your arrival! Not only will this help speed up the process of getting you on to the Devoted site, but it will also leave you free to get to meetings or activities without delay!

Our bookings team is here to help with any problems or questions you might have about your booking. You can get in touch with them on bookings@devotedevent.org, and they’ll get back to you as quickly as they can.

Please note that at various times our bookings team may have high volumes of emails to deal with, please be patient.

Troubleshooting our booking site...
Clicking on the 'Start Booking' button at the top of the booking site, will take you to all the various ticket options that are available. Initially you will be asked which group you are booking with (this means Church group), and you should find your church in the drop down box. Then you'll be given the various ticket options.

If instead you click on one of the options in the 'tickets table', the system will take you to the page where you can buy multiple tickets across the various ticket options, it will then ask you for which group you are booking with (ie. your church).

As we said, if you do get stuck please do get in touch and we'll endeavour to help you!

Volunteers

We would love as many people as possible to help us by volunteer on and around the site.

Main Event - we're a great team to work with, and have lots of fun throughout the weekend. If you want to volunteer, you can do so but you must be over 18. Full-time volunteers (8 hours+) get a 100% discount and part-time volunteers (4-7 hours) get a 50% discount. Please note that we will need a reference from your church leader for each volunteer and some roles require a DBS.

Setup & Takedown - we need help to set up on 20th-21st August and break down on 26th August - all meals provided free of charge for these teams on working days. A separate ticket is required for either setup & takedown or both as well as your normal event tickets.

Church Groups

Camping at Devoted usually takes place in church groups. When you book, you will be asked to select the church that you would like to camp with. If your church is not listed, you can add it so that others from your church can join you on the church site.

Your church should then nominate someone to have be it's "church coordinator" – this person will play important part in making your church’s camping experience the best it can be! They will also be the contact between the Devoted Event team and those camping with your church.

"I'm coming from a church outside the UK" - if you are coming from outside the UK please make sure you book with the church with whom you’ll be camping, if different from your own.

"My church is not listed" - if your church is not listed please follow the instructions to add in your church so that we can site you and others from your church in the right area.

"I'm not coming as part of a church" - if you aren't coming as part of a church or aren't currently part of a church community, you can either opt to camp with another church you know or you can select 'none' in the church field.

What's Next?

What happens after I have booked in?

We hope you’re as excited about Devoted Event as we are. Once you’ve booked in, you should get two emails – one from us confirming your booking, and one from Stripe confirming your payment. Make sure you keep hold of both emails, just in case!

The Small Print

Prices - You'll find a full breakdown of our prices on our website. Prices are available to 2359hrs on the date shown. All payments are processed via the booking system which uses Stripe alongside a debit or credit card.

Payment By Instalments - The system automatically splits your total booking amount into three payments. The first payment is due at the time of booking and the other two are paid monthly from the date of your first payment. These will be automatically added to the card used initially. You will receive a reminder by email 5 days before the next payment is due. To use this payment method, opt into staged payments at the end of your booking and make the first payment. This option is only available until the 31st May 2025.

Please note that paying for the event by instalments is legally defined as an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively affect your financial status and ability to obtain credit. By entering into the agreement, you confirm you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the event. Instalments must be paid on time. Your tickets will be voided if not paid before the event starts. The same terms and conditions apply to tickets paid by instalments as regular tickets, including refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation - We hope you won't want to cancel your booking. However, if you need to cancel, we will refund your booking fee, less an administration charge, if you tell us by 31 July 2025. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 31 July 2025. Alternatively feel free to let someone else take your booking if you wish - simply amend the booking by logging in using the link and password in your booking confirmation email and editing the details.

Refunds - If you join one of our volunteering teams, then we will amend your booking from a delegate to that of a volunteer, we will refund the difference in price without penalty right up to the event. All other refunds will incur an administration charge. Refunds are made to the original payment card via Stripe. There are no refunds for bookings cancelled after 31 July 2025.

Ages - These are calculated as at 31 August 2025, i.e. based on the school year. The exception to this is for main event servers, who must be aged 18 or over by the time the event starts, i.e. 22 August 2025.
