Overview

Westpoint is a four-day festival, a not-to-be-missed opportunity for growing community through deepening relationships, non-stop fun and an exciting programme which offers something for everyone.

2008

For the first time 1250 delegates gathered as a group of churches in the New Forest. From this successful event, we decided to continue running yearly bible weekends during the summer.

2010

We moved to Westpoint Exeter, a large showground, to prepare for growing our annual event. Over 1000 church members met with God and Westpoint was born.

2012

The Commission sphere was born, a family of churches and a part of the Newfrontiers church movement. Many churches were added to our numbers under the leadership of Guy Miller and his team.

TODAY

God has faithfully increased numbers at Westpoint with our most recent event reaching well over 4000. Whatever your age and whatever your church, Westpoint is for you and is an event not to be missed!

Please pray for our brothers and sisters as they gather together to the Lord Jesus over this weekend that mission would multiply and that we would see increasing partnership in the gospel in the days ahead.

Overview

Commission is an international family of churches united by a shared passion for Jesus and His mission, and a clear vision to see thousands of lives transformed through hundreds of churches in tens of nations.

They aim to achieve this by seeking to build and plant local churches that are subject to God’s word and responsive to His Spirit.

Churches where grace is not only preached but is experienced and demonstrated.
Churches where the gifts of the Spirit are fully expressed and where relationships are genuine and deep.
Churches that serve their local communities but are also engaged in God’s global mission.

Commission is led by Guy Miller with teams of leaders and is enthusiastically part of the wider Newfrontiersfamily of churches.
