Pay By Instalments

For the last couple of years delegates have had the option to request to pay by instalments allowing you to spread the cost. 

The system works by splitting your total booking amount into three equal payments. The first payment is due at the time of booking and the other two are to be paid monthly from the date of your first payment.

To use this payment method, you need to 'opt into staged payments' at the end of your booking and make the first payment.

Please make sure you make the first payment before any upcoming price break otherwise your ticket will automatically increase to the next price bracket. 

You will receive a reminder by email 5 days before your next payment is due. When you receive this email you need to log into the booking site (click here) and pay the next instalment via PayPal. 

The booking system automatically calculates the amount of your next instalment but does not take the payment automatically or by direct debit so you must log in to pay for it.

This option is only available on bookings made before the 31st May 2020.

Please bear in mind that this feature is provided to help you spread the cost, if you don't log in, in good time and pay your installments you may incur additional charges, or be moved into a more relevant price break. When you don't pay in good time it creates a lot of work for our bookings and finance team, all of whom are volunteers!
