ChristCentral Unveil In-Depth "Streams" and Seminars for Devoted Festival

[STAFFORDSHIRE, UK] – [18 July 2025] – ChristCentral has announced a comprehensive program of three distinct teaching "Streams" and a series of afternoon seminars for their upcoming Devoted Festival. Designed to cater to diverse interests and aiming to engage people in different areas of their faith.

The three main Streams — WORD, SPIRIT, and MISSION — will commence daily at approximately 11:15 AM, following our Family Worship time. This gives delegates a 30-minute window to drop off children, grab a coffee, or connect with friends and encourage Devoted's wonderful volunteers!

Festival-goers have the flexibility to commit to one stream throughout the weekend or mix and match sessions based on their preferences. For added convenience, all available talks will be accessible online after the festival concludes. Streams are scheduled to finish around 12:30 PM.

Diving Deep into the "WORD"
The "WORD" Stream, hosted by Graham Anns and taught by Alan Rose, will embark on a "deep exploratory dive into a remarkable Old Testament narrative (1 Samuel 17) – the story of David and Goliath." This stream aims to equip participants with methods for interpreting Hebrew narrative texts as Christian Scripture, emphasising historical, theological, and literary contexts. "You don’t need to be an expert," reassures the Alan, "there will be something for everyone." Attendees are encouraged to bring a Bible, note-taking materials, an inquiring mind, and a hunger for God’s word.

Experiencing the "SPIRIT"
Hosted by Andy & Hazel Robinson, the "SPIRIT" Stream is tailored for those seeking to "grow in their knowledge, understanding and experience of the Holy Spirit." Each day will feature a different speaker focusing on the Holy Spirit's life-giving power for both churches and individuals:
- Friday: "Building A Spirit Filled Church" with Graham Pyman.
- Saturday: "Living A Spirit Filled Life" with Rob & Helen Coleman.
- Sunday: "Growing In The Prophetic Gift" with Roger Bye & Guests.
This stream promises to help participants "take steps forward in your life with God," regardless of their starting point.

Engaging in "MISSION"
The "MISSION" Stream, hosted by Chris Frost & Jenny Herrera, will explore what God's call to mission looks like in various contexts:
- Friday: "Mission In Your Everyday" with Raj Saha, focusing on mission at home, work, and university.
- Saturday: "Mission Through The Local Church" with Chris Duerden & Michael Akotia, featuring stories from churches worldwide and encouraging collective mission to "the nation and the nations."
- Sunday: "Mission Under Fire" with Igor Bogomaz & Karen Khachatryan, addressing mission in challenging environments, including war zones.

Afternoon Seminars: Focused Learning and Fellowship
Beyond the main streams, delegates can choose from a range of focused afternoon seminars designed for connection and deeper exploration of specific topics. These optional sessions offer opportunities to "others who have a similar vision / calling."

Friday Seminars include:
- "Voice Of The Nations": Hosted by John Davy of CreationCall, this seminar will feature international apostolic leaders discussing environmental stewardship and global Christian living.
- "Everyday Supernatural Evangelism": Speakers Claire Coggan and Gill Cronau from Kings Arms Bedford will share stories and teaching on living with an expectation to bring God's Kingdom into everyday lives.
- "Joyfully Single": Natalie Williams will lead a seminar encouraging singles to find joy and helping churches better honour and support single people.

Saturday Seminars include:

- "Compassion: Act or Lifestyle?": Tim Robertson from Compassion UK will inspire attendees with stories of transformation and encourage action in serving the broken and vulnerable.
- "From Vision to Reality: A Church Planting Seminar": Keith & Rachel Cooper will explore critical leadership skills, teamwork, location, and strategy in church planting, offering insights and stories from their experiences.
- "Empowering The Gifts of The Spirit in the everyday life of children and teens": Rachel Turner will discuss how to equip and encourage children and young people to connect with God and move in the gifts of the Spirit.

Sunday Seminars include:
- "Breaking Barriers - Building Belonging": Raj Saha & Martin Charlesworth will explore parables to inspire churches to become havens of inclusion, unity, and diversity, embracing radical hospitality and abundant grace.
- "Going Upstream": The Jubilee+ Team will lead a discussion on advocating for the voiceless and those in poverty, drawing on Desmond Tutu’s famous quote about addressing systemic issues.
- "Your Most Fruitful Decades": Adam Price & Friends will challenge the notion that one's best years are behind them, drawing from Psalm 92 to stir faith for God's purposes in later life.
